The description is somewhat misleading. I was looking for the replacement top for the glass Kalita Wave 185 dripper. When I saw they offer a replacement top I was happy that I wouldn't have to purchase a new setup. After receiving the new glass top I was surprised it didn't have a handle & didn't fit correctly in the black plastic base. Come to find out this is the replacement top for a pourover brewing kit. I emailed Kalita & didn't receive a response after waiting a week. I then called & spoke with someone to see if they sold what I was looking for & was told no. The person said they would send me the RMA information via email & it's been a few days with no RMA email. Thankfully this wasn't a large purchase however they need to work on their customer response. I like their products but their customer service needs some work.

Top Beaker Replacement for Kalita Wave Style Coffee Brewer

Needed a replacement for my dripper that fit into a smaill kalita carafe that has a silocone color. This model is no longer made so I was delighted to find this replacement after a dropped glass chipped the edge of the dripper. This is perfect all around!

What a relief. Now I don't have to worry about missing my coffee if I break the glass. I needed a spare. Now I can pop in a replacement. The only issue is that it doesn't have the handle like the original one I have. I will just hold it by the plastic.
