Flat Fee Returns
Kalita USA accepts returns - unused or defective - up to 365 days from the time it was purchased. Grinders can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is a flat rate $6 shipping label. You must get an RMA# by contacting our customer service department in order to acquire the free shipping label. You can send merchandise back to us using your own shipping method but you are responsible for all tracking information and insurance. Exclusions apply. Email info@kalitausa.com to request your RMA#.
