Kalita USA accepts returns - unused or defective - up to 365 days from the time it was purchased. Return shipping is *free with a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. You must get an RMA# by contacting our customer service department in order to acquire the free shipping label. Exclusions apply. Email info@kalitausa.com to request your RMA#.
